Shipping policy

We strive to ship your product the same day your order is received. Depending on your location, your product will reach you anywhere from 3-7 business days within the United States with our Standard Shipping option. Priority Mail has a transit time of 2-3 business days, while Priority Mail Express has a transit time of 1-2 business days. For International shipping, your product will reach you anywhere from 10-21 business days due to customs and air time.

• All totals are in USD Currency

• International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc.

• These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us.

• These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• WTP cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.

• If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
